Mixing
How do I deliver my files to you?
Please provide all your stems as mono or stereo files and in a WAV or AIFF file format. This should be uploaded to the Dropbox link. Please do not email across, as this causes file degradation. Ensure all tracks are labelled clearly and start and end at the same start time.
Should I provide a raw track and reference tracks?
Yes please provide a raw track (this does not count as a stem to be mixed) so we can understand your vision of your track to ensure we can balance everything to your satisfaction. Please also provide references tracks/songs that would like your track to sound similar too in terms of levels, reverb, etc.
Will you add effects?
Where applicable but still provide wet and dry stems if tracks have reverb/effects on them
Will you add auto tune?
No, if there is any pitch correction you require, please do that before sending.
Why does the mix sound quiet?
Mixing is to make sure everything is well balanced, not making your song loud or up to streaming standard as that is the mastering stage.
What is the turn around time?
We aim to give you your mix back within 5 - 10 days

How do I deliver my Mix to you?
Please provide a stereo file which is at least 44.1 sample rate, 24 bit and either WAV or AIFF file format. This should be uploaded to the dropbox link. Please do not email across, as this causes file degredation.
How much headroom should I leave?
Typically we recommend you to provide a mix that's sit in between -3 and -6 db ensure we can maximise the volume your track!
Should I leave on my mix bus?
Please could you send both with and without mix bus
Should I provide any references your music to sound sonically like?
Yes of course! Once you have purchased your order, we will send you a form for you to fill out
What is the turn around time?
We aim to give you your master back within 5 - 10 days
